We are looking for a team member who will help generate leads for Salesforce® related services in the USA. The candidate will work with a support team to help sharpen the focus. This will be a remote job and will involve US & India time work hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Research and contact new prospects to begin relationship-building in preparation for sales pitches and demos.
  • Uncover new sales opportunities in new and existing accounts by networking to increase contacts; prioritizing prospects and remaining cognizant of changing market conditions
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targets
  • Track and provide reporting for management detailing call activity, pipeline updates, and lead generation results
  • Learn the Salesforce® stack and trailheads that are relevant to skill-building for the role
  • Nurturing prospects and giving them the information they need at all times to help them make a buying decision
  • Timely Follow-up and speedy responses
Additional Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Outstanding and effective telephone skills
  • Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5+ years in Sales Development (SDR) for B2B sales and outbound telesales experience for the US market
  • IT Services/Staffing Selling experience and understanding of the Salesforce stack will be an added advantage
